I/O Magazine Covers

I/O magazine was produced by Atari UK in the early 80's. From what Ican gather, you had to be a member of Atari UK's 'Home Computer Club' to getthese things. Because they were produced by Atari, the content was almost100% Atari related, and they were extremely biased towards Atari, with everynew Atari product reviewed getting top marks! I wrote an article talking aboutthe content of these magazines some time ago. This article is also on this website.Click here to read the article.
This is the very rare issue 1 of I/O magazine from late 1982. This issue wasjust a large fold-out piece of cardboard, hence the cover has been scanned astwo bits and joined together.
By issue 2 (Spring 1983) I/O had become a proper A4 sized magazine.
The Summer 1983 (Issue 3) issue shows Paul Daniels who had just released his adventure game at the time.
Issue 4 (Autumn/Winter 1983)
Issue 5 (Spring 1984) showing a young Justin Whittaker who had recentlywritten 'Lone Raider' for Atari UK. Issue 5 is, to my knowledge, the lastissue of I/O magazine.
